Concertgoer Struck Outside of Crosswalk Found Not to be At Fault

Concertgoer Struck Outside of Crosswalk Found Not to be At Fault

On her way to a much-anticipated concert, our client was stuck by a speeding car and seriously injured. She was crossing the street outside the crosswalk because it was very crowded as many other people were crossing the street. A speeding car then hit her, knocked her to the ground and seriously injured her hip and leg.

Her claim was denied by the driver’s insurance company because she was outside the crosswalk. We were able to investigate and prove that had she been in the crosswalk she would have been stuck sooner, and her injuries would have been more severe. Once the insurance company saw this information, they settled the claim quickly. Watch the video to learn more.
