The answer is, “Absolutely, yes”. In my office all cases are settled with the client’s consent, and not a moment before that client gives us consent to do so. I show the client exactly how much the case is settling for, exactly how much there are in attorney’s fees, costs and medical bills to pay back, and I can show the client exactly how much money is going to be in their pocket when the case is over.
